With our MEMBERS dedicated lane, a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) reader quickly scans the tag of your vehicle, and your vehicle is placed in the queue for processing into the tunnel.

Terms, Conditions & Purchase Agreement:

By enrolling in the Shine Express Car Wash Hulen MEMBERSHIP program, you agree to have your debit or credit card automatically charged every month until you call to terminate the membership. Suspension request must be received at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled debit.

Membership cannot be combined with any other programs, coupons or discounts. Shine Express Car Wash Hulen reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time. Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle only and upon notice to Shine Express Car Wash.

Partial Period refunds and credits do not apply.

How do Membership work?

Membership is per vehicle for an indefinite duration and personal use only, it’s for a one-a-day use and valid at this location only. You can wash your vehicle and use the vacuum all month long.


Why to I need a sticker on my windshield?

In order to sign up for a Membership, an attendant must install a RFID tag at time of purchase to the windshield in order to identify you and your plan. This tag contains a very sensitive electronic device, which is scanned every time you go through the MEMBERS Lane. It may not be removed or placed anywhere else. Tampering with the sticker will deactivate the chip and your plan will be undetectable as a result.


What if I have more than one vehicle?

The membership is good for one vehicle. You would have to purchase another sticker for your other vehicle(s). If you get a new vehicle, please visit Shine Express to get your membership updated. We also offer a Family Plan for up to 4 vehicles. Please ask for more details.


What if the car wash is closed?

In the event that the car wash is closed due to inclement weather conditions or maintenance, Members are not entitled to any refunds or credits.


How do I change my membership plan?

You can visit our location to change plans.


How do I update my credit card info?

You can talk with a team member and they will be glad to update your card information . To allow processing time, all modifications must be made 7 days prior to your recharge date, or click the Manage My Plan button on this page.


Can I cancel my membership?

When you sign up for the First Month Free Promo, you can cancel any time after your 4 months commitment . To allow processing time, cancellation requests must be made 7 days prior to your recharge date. You can call the office and provide your name, phone number associated with the account or the Member number if available or you can click the Manage My Plan button on this page
